Apartment Entertainment Space in Mission, KS

An underutilized outdoor area was transformed into a vibrant, resort-style amenity space for this apartment community in Mission. The design centered on creating a high-end, social environment—anchored by a new pool and integrated hot tub, with surrounding lounge areas that encourage both relaxation and connection. Strategic planning introduced distinct gathering zones, blending open seating with a custom pavilion and shaded retreats.

To elevate the experience, the design incorporated a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and bar area—turning the space into a true entertainment hub for residents. Durable materials and cohesive finishes ensure a polished look with long-term performance in a multi-family setting.

Through detailed layout planning and realistic 3D renderings, we brought clarity to the vision—aligning on flow, functionality, and amenity placement before construction. The result is a dynamic, resort-inspired space that enhances resident living and adds lasting property value.
