New Home Master Plan in Garnet Valley, PA

Located in the expanding residential community of Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania, this project transforms a newly built home into a fully realized outdoor living experience through a comprehensive master plan. The approach focused on creating a strong sense of arrival in the front yard while building out a layered backyard environment designed for everyday living and entertaining.

From a reimagined front walkway and structured landscape layout to a strategically designed retaining wall that manages grade change, every element in the front of the property was built to feel intentional and cohesive. In the backyard, the design expands into a multi-level outdoor living space—featuring a two-tier deck, a custom A-frame pergola with a mechanical canopy, and a separate fire pit patio with its own pergola and metal privacy screens.

These detailed renderings provided a clear visual roadmap for both the homeowner and builder, helping align expectations and streamline the path to construction.
