A large-scale restaurant property in Chadds Ford, PA was reimagined into a high-end indoor-outdoor destination designed to elevate both everyday dining and private events. The design introduced a fully enclosed outdoor bar and patio space, anchored by a custom mechanical roof system that opens and closes to adapt seamlessly to changing weather conditions. The layout focused on flow and flexibility—creating a vibrant, all-season environment that enhances guest experience while maximizing usable square footage for the business.

In addition to the main dining and bar expansion, the project incorporated a dedicated event venue space designed for private gatherings, weddings, and corporate functions. This area features its own outdoor bar and a second mechanical roof enclosure, allowing for a completely independent yet cohesive experience. Through detailed planning and realistic 3D visualizations, we helped bring clarity to the concept—ensuring the design balanced aesthetics, functionality, and revenue potential.
